If he possessed that, he wouldn't need the silliness he employs
If Paul Ryan argued that those who benefit the most from the social protections of the welfare state should assume the burden in bad times, he'd have a point that's at least consistent with his pseudo-Objectivist philosophy. But he doesn't argue that. What he actually employs is an emotional, hyperbolic blathering that apparently works well with Fox News viewers.
It would also require an honesty that the man, quite frankly, doesn't possess.
