He's leaving the Navy after 16 years - and the Navy is basically saying "Thanks, have a nice life and fuck you, we're not going to help you at all".
Well, at least the Navy is consistent. I keep reading about how the Pentagon and Dept of Defense does the bare minimum for returning warriors. Platitudes to the First Lady and Dr Biden and a generous "Fuck off" to the warrior.
