Kate's first (official) picture


I was wondering about all the fuss over Kate Middleton's first official portrait. Not being a fan of royalty, I didn't much care. And then I saw it.



Wow. That is... Beyond comprehension. "Ugly" isn't the right word; "horrendous" might be, however. Jeez, someone tell the portraitist, James Elmsley, that his fee is at the Tower. 10 years, no parole.

(She says it's brilliant. I think that proves she didn't actually look at the thing.)

  1. This is NOT the Kate Middleton I've seen elsewhere. I see a darkness in this woman... on the verge of being downright evil.

    Surely she was being polite when she called it "brilliant"... or else she is just biding her time until she becomes queen, after which she WILL have him imprisoned in the tower for this abomination.
