When the Supremes were deciding about individual gun ownership and the 2nd Amendment, someone had to write the opinion. In the conference where such things are decided, I can just imagine Justice Scalia bouncing up and down like a little boy getting a 'cowboy gun', shouting "Me! Me! Please pick me! I'll write it! I'll write ten times! Oh please pick me!"
