All hail the not-so-conquering hero: Paul Ryan is back in the House.
Besides the let down of being on the losing ticket, and the overall rejection of his "ideas" (pls let me know if you can find any in his 'budget'), Paul Ryan is going to re-iterate his plan from 2010/2011 - obstruct, blame and obfuscate.
After all, it worked so well the last time... And this time he faces a Party Divided. So channeling Grover and doing the whole Hard Line Austerity thing just has to work. Right?
