Out of the office window, I can see, shining through the trees, a bright, creamy-gold Moon. It's shining through the tree branches and looks absolutely wonderful!
(I'd take a picture, but my camera is hopeless when it comes to night-time shots, and worse than useless when I try to take pictures of the Moon! Sorry.)
The moon is within a degree of some star or planet.
ReplyDeleteJust checked. Jupiter, apparently.
I couldn't see that! The other night I saw two planets close to it; one looked like Mars and I guess the other was Jupiter.
ReplyDeleteThat's one of the things I like about living out in the sticks - in the winter, the sky is so crystal clear. It was one of the things I remember from the remote places I camped on my cross-country motorcycle trip - seeing the Milky Way, the clarity of the night sky. :-)
I feel a need to take a motorcycle to San Francisco. (Again) :-) ... My bank manager sees a need for me to stay at home. :-(
