Today, it was leaked that there will be more and better oversight of intelligence leaks. ... Hang on, that doesn't seem right. ... Ah. Today, it was leaked that there will be more leaks. ... Fewer? Oh. Let me try that again - this isn't the Pentagon Papers, you know! Today, it was announced that intelligence leaks will be plugged. The Chief Intelligence Chap, he's quite clever you know, said he was appointing a Master Plumber to fix the leaks. Although they had to give him the title "Inspector General"; mostly because they don't know what sort of leaks he'll be inspecting. And Inspector Plumber didn't sound quite right.
Congress let it leak that they approved of these changes.
